Requirements
From 14 years old (parental consent for minors) and able to swim 200 m. A medical certificate stating no contraindication to diving is required for all courses.

What next?
You can continue with the P2 (6 days, 12 dives) and the P3 (12 days, 18 dives), theory included.

What you learn on the CMAS P1 course
- Preparing and checking your equipment
- Equalising the pressure in your ears and mask

- Ascending in a controlled way and handling problems
Once certified P1, you can dive down to 20 m with a dive leader.
